Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Director Tax Services - Iowa Health System Corporate Office Des Moines, IA
Directs and oversees an organization's tax policies and objectives.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.
Leads and directs the work of others in the corporate tax office.

Qualifications
Educational Qualifications / Work Experience:
BS Degree in accounting or finance, advanced degree required, CPA preferred.
Requires a bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience in the field.
Thorough knowledge of federal and state compliance and reporting requirements.
Performs effectively under high stress of continual demands and deadlines.
Ability to perform multiple concurrent tasks subject to frequent change.
Ability to understand and deal effectively with problems and opportunities that arise in a complex multiprocessing environment.
Exercises sound judgment, seeking advice when appropriate.
