DATA ANALYST

?

The Data Analyst is responsible for updating and creating reports for all aspects of the business.? Reports required will focus on online traffic metrics, commerce activity, call center performance and accounting reconciliation.

?

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

?

Create reports for multiple business users for all aspects of the business utilizing statistical facts and figures.Create custom views, dashboards and report sets utilizing business intelligence tools and current web analytics tools.Validate and test data sets used in all reporting.Creates and maintains customer manifests.Conducts analysis of metrics.Provides information regarding report findings to supervisor and upper management.Provides updates to all business customers.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:

?Bachelor?s degree in marketing, statistics or mathematics or related field or equivalent work experience.Experience in Crystal Reports or similar software.Experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access for report generation and manipulation.Should have working knowledge of SQL, Business Objects - XI platform, Central Management Consol (Enterprise), Web Intelligence Reports, Universe Designer, and OLAP Intelligence.
