Debt Administrator Analyst - Senior

Responsible for the administration of assigned financing transactions which will include the following:<li>1. Review of new, amended and renewal debt instruments to ensure that all compliance reporting requirements are correctly input into the compliance reporting system.<li>2. Review proposed debt instruments to ensure the covenants conform to corporate standards and advise financial management as to reasonableness of compliance requirements and covenants.<li>3. Monitor compliance calendar and compliance requirements for assigned accounts to ensure continuing compliance (including the payment of principal and interest).<li>4. Prepare required monthly, quarterly and annual compliance calculations and certificates required by various debt instruments. Review compliance calculations and advise of any potential compliance issues.<li>5. Participate in the preparation and review of various management reports.<li>6. Frequent contact with accounting, finance and legal personnel within the company. Some contact with outside legal counsel and commercial and instructional lenders.<li>7. Special projects as assigned.

Work Experience: 3 to 5 years work experience in a corporate finance department of an energy company, in the compliance department of a commercial bank, or comparable experience.. <li>Skill Set: Detail oriented, strong analytical ability, strong PC skills (Excel and Word at minimum), be able to analysis and interpret complex legal documents, good accounting knowledge. Candidate must be able to wok as a team member, meet frequent deadlines and have the ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.<li>Education: Bachelors degree with a major in accounting or finance, MBA or CPA a plus.
