Digital Finance Manager

Basic Function of the Job:

 

The role of the Digital Finance Manager is responsible for the financial processes around Digital investments and Expense management. This position will have supervisory responsibility and will report directly to the Director of Digital Finance. This role will need to establish business partnership links between the Digital Revenue Sr. Finance Manager, Accounting support, and the Digital VP?s/Directors.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

? Staff development

? Drive annual budget process for the IRM Digital division

? Development and tracking of financial KPI?s

? Manage Detailed Expense Analysis for VPs/Directors

? Review/analysis and control of contracted vendor spending

? Gross Margin Analysis

? Review and evaluate acquisition candidates

? Ad-hoc as required

? Strong financial skills and the ability to multi-task are key attributes



 

Qualifications Required:

 

? 8+ years of relevant experience in a high-tech environment

? International exposure is a plus

? Strong management and analytical skills, attention to detail, and hand-on

? Extensive MS Office experience - Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint

? Ability to work without appreciable direction

 

Education:

? BS/BA, MBA is a plus
