Director/Manager Financial Reporting

Supervise a staff of 7-10 and direct and manage the accounting and financial operations of New Jersey, San Diego and Mexico locations with annual sales of over $600 million. Formulate financial policies and internal controls. Work closely with the Information Systems Department to establish systems. Work closely with the Human Resources Department on Payroll and administrative issues. Work with the plant on cost and asset issues. Specific responsibilities will include: -Monthly financial statements (including inventory costing, fixed assets tracking, accounts payable issues, transfer pricing calculations) -Semiannual budgets and forecasts, annual 3 year plan -Audits by outside auditors, county property tax auditors, state sales tax auditors, internal revenue and state of California auditors. -Transfer price between locations -Mexican Tax issue and California tax planning -Software Implementation and updates -Cash Management -Analysis and recommendations for business proposals and financial planning -Financial policies and controls. -Report Month end close results, budgets, forecast and plans Please refer to job order number 271-025497 For immediate consideration and to set up an interview, call Michael Laufer (201) 843-3799 or email your resume as a MS Word attachment to
