Director, Operations Analysis

The IT Strategic Analysis Team supports the CIO and his leadership team on the strategic initiatives to transform the IT organization.? In many cases we take the lead role in managing these efforts.? We are looking for a strong individual to join the team and lead key efforts.? The work is fast paced and requires influencing and/or leading cross-functional teams.? The role requires someone who can develop analytical insights, apply creative problem-solving skills and provide thought leadership.? We are also looking for someone who can leverage their communication skills to influence senior members of the IT organization.?? In return, we can promise the role will provide you with a variety of experiences, exposure to a senior audience and an opportunity to be part of the solution to the key business issues facing IT.?? The role will also require developing and mentoring operations analysts as well as other support personnel.? This position is open to both Richmond and McLean based associates.

Required Skills:
The successful candidate will be able to apply strong analytical, creative problem solving, and planning skills and be able to achieve results in a fairly unstructured environment.? The candidate is expected to have strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities to be able to effectively influence and negotiate with various levels of personnel.? Must be able to work in fast-paced environment and handle multiple concurrent project demands.

Preferred:
Project Management and previous consulting experiences is a plus
Undergraduate degree in a quantitative/analytical field.
MBA or other advanced degree
Strong PC skills, especially with Excel & Powerpoint.
