Required Experience: 

? Five to Seven years of real estate finance experience.

? Experience working with Architects, Planners and Contractors would be very beneficial in this position. 

 

Required Skills:

? Must be analytical, quick with numbers and a strong communicator.

 

Required Education:

? Minimum of a Bachelors degree, preferably a Masters degree in Business with a concentration in Finance.

 

Position Responsibilities:

? Responsible for structuring and financing real estate transactions.

? The Primary role is assisting clients with not only financing of facilities but also planning, programming, designing and developing of new buildings.

? Develop a project budget including the construction costs for individual projects.

? Prepare financial forecasts and structure for real estate transactions.

? Track down individual financials and tax returns on potential investors.

? Review individual tax returns and financial statements and create comparative summaries

? Create and Solicit RFP?s for construction  and permanent financing to financial institutions to obtain competitive financing quotes

? Prepare summaries of each option pointing of the positive and negative attributes of each proposal.

? Prepare a formal recommendation on the best lender proposal.

? Negotiate financing with the mortgage banker.

? Upon selection of lender, coordinate all of the information flow, tracking down all documents

? Prepare and present Part I project manuals.
