Director of Finance to $115k+ -

Job Description: General Summary: Provide leadership, guidance, supervision and oversight to all aspects of Financial Reporting, Cash Management, Budgeting, Accounts Payable, Compliance and Credentialing departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of Financial Reporting, Cash Management and Accounts Payable. Prepares departmental Forecasts and Budgets and monitor conformance to budget. Develop, implement and oversee management of Accounting and Compliance policies and procedures to achieve effective and compliant internal controls environment. Assist in completion of quarterly Board and Regulatory filings. Assist POD reporting and analysis and completion of action plans to insure integrity, accuracy and timeliness of information. Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience: Bachelor degree in Business, Finance or Healthcare related field required, CPA required,10+ years of progressive experience in Healthcare and/or Finance related field.
Preferred Education and Experience:SEC and Sarbanes Oxley Implementation experience a plus.
