Director of Pricing & Analytics

The Director of Pricing & Analytics will be responsible for guiding pricing strategy and providing analysis to support decision-making throughout the company, with a focus on residential wireless telecommunications.  This is a very quantitative position that supports business and operational planning in marketing, finance, and operations.  Requirements include exceptional quantitative and analytical skills, and a strong background in statistics and quantitative analysis.  Strong communication skills are also required.

 

Responsibilities:Guide the pricing strategy for residential wireless offers (including voice and data services), long distance service, and other potential service offerings.Manage the calculation of lifetime customer values to help drive marketing strategies including acquisition, retention, and the cross selling of different products.Develop decision models to show the impact of different pricing, product offering, and marketing targeting strategies across our current and potential suite of products.Leverage large amounts of available data to provide insightful decision-based analysis and help drive our information-based strategy.Work with, and present analysis to Senior Management.Manage an analytic team of 2-5 employees.

 Requirements:

? Excellent analytical, quantitative, and modeling skills.

? Exceptional judgment in deciding which analytical tasks can influence decision making.

? Strong background in statistics and quantitative analysis.

? Experience with manipulating large amounts of data and working with datamarts.

? Proficient in data manipulation and modeling tools such as Microsoft SQL and Excel.Strong communication and presentation skills.Knowledge of the wireless telecommunications industry a plus. 8 plus years of experience.

 

Salary based on experience and includes profit sharing and complete benefits package.
