Director of Strategic Planning and Anlaysis

TNT Vacations, a leader in the leisure travel industry is seeking a highly analytical and strategic individual to join our management team.  This person will work very closely with the President and other executives to perform analysis of our business and help make strategic business decisions.

 

In addition to proficiently creating financial planning and reporting processes and reports to analyze ongoing profitability of business, the ideal candidate will also have the capacity to conceptually understand the business and assist in determining strategic context for long range plans.

 

Requirements for this role are:

 Bachelors Degree required; MBA a plus5+ years of financial or business analysisAbility to pay close attention to detail  while also keeping a strong strategic perspectiveAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain big-picture viewAbility to work independently, influence others through strong and effective communication and coordinate cross functional teamsStrong problem-solving skillsExcellent analytical and financial modeling skillsAdvanced competency with Microsoft Office applications with a strong emphasis on Excel.
