Director of Tax Accounting

This postion reports directly to the Senior Director, Tax and will be primarily responsible for the quarterly income tax provision including SOX related matters as well as SEC/Financial Statement reporting.  This position will also assist with special projects on an as needed basis.

 

Requirements:

B.S. or B.A. in accounting or business.  CPA or Masters in Taxation preferred.  12+ years of combined tax eperience in public accounting or a corporate tax department. Extensive experience in preparing the corporate tax provision under SFAS109, SFAS123(R)and SFAS52 as well as finacial statement disclosure of all tax matters.  Knowledge of purchase accounting and related impact to the tax provision.  Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel.  Must have strong organizational skills, be a self starter and have strong analytical skills.
