Documentation Administrator/Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities:


Responsible for entire investigative process for all credit requests to include D&B's, quick and/or full searches, entity verifications, TRW's, trade references, and background checks. Requests should be completed within 24 hours of initial request from Credit Managers.

Prepare conditional approval letters and documentation packages for all files within 24 hours of receipt of approval package. Advise appropriate individuals via email.

Work with Credit Managers and Portfolio on documentation review. When packages are returned, an initial review of documents is to be completed and recorded on the Activation Authorization. File should be submitted to Credit Manager ready for activation within 24 hours of receipt of document package.


Coordinate the dealer/vendor relationships and input dealer information into client central on all new accounts. Field questions from customers concerning ClientCentral In addition, provide support for this process regarding requests made from Portfolio.

Prepare and or review all department generated reports to include (but not limited to), New Business Reports, Document Request Log, UCC Log, CCRIS Changes Log, New Business Report in a timely manner as well as review of any CCRIS generated reports to include (but not limited to) UCC Expiration Report, ILOC Expiration Report, and Monthly Zone Credit Report.

Assist in supporting Documentation requests from Portfolio Teams as needed to help
maintain the three day turn around goal of the department.

Scan all new business loan documents into system.

Assist in receptionist duties in the office.
