We are currently seeking a savvy professional to gather and analyze quantitative data and report findings to corporate leadership.

 

EMPLOYMENT ANALYST

Phoenix, AZ

 

Responsibilities:

?  Support the reporting and analysis needs of the Home Office, Campus, and MSAT Employment teams

?  Develop ad-hoc reports (Crystal, MS Access, Excel) for all levels of the Employment Services organization as requested

?  Modify existing reports as needed

?  Analyze data and ensure the appropriate performance metrics are in place to achieve superior performance

?  Oversee the development, implementation, evaluation, revision and communication of policies and procedures

?  Assist with assessing organizational compliance to these policies

 

Requirements:

?  Bachelor?s degree in a quantitative discipline, preferably Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance or IT

?  0-3 years of reporting and/or analytical experience

?  Excellent analytical skills including good judgment, problem solving and decision making abilities

?  Strong oral and written communication skills

?  Effective organization, time management and multi-tasking abilities

?  Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

?  Knowledge to gain, understand and apply information and data as it related to UTI Employment Services

?  Strong working knowledge of reporting software applications, including Microsoft Access and Excel

?  Previous experience with Crystal reports is strongly preferred
