Economic Capital/Quantitative Analyst

As an Economic Capital/Quantitative Analyst with U.S. Bank, you will: Be responsible for the modeling of economic capital requirements for business risk, reputation risk and the combined economic capital requirements for all risk categories including credit, market and operational risk. Assist in the modeling of operational capital including the updating of operational capital model and the testing of new operational models. Support business line's in the use of economic capital in their pricing models. While we expect that you?ll possess a strong basic skill set, including excellent communication and people skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team or independently, we also require: Ten or more years of experience in risk modeling. Two years of credit risk model development. Experience with Value at risk models is a plus. Good communication skills. The ability to explain complex models to business managers.
