Work for one of Boston's best financial institutions in the heart of the financial district.?

Responsibilities:
- Timely processing of all income received
- Research all unpaid dividends/interest and exceptions
- Aggressive pursuit of all open receivables
- Help out with all Trade Processing and Reconciliation of Funds
- Reconciliation of client receivables and back payables
- Monitor large foreign exchange exposure associated with corporate actions income processing and compiles updates
- Monitor, measure, and report sub custodian performance
- Use judgment and abilities to escalate and pursue issues and exceptions when necessary

Qualifications:
- College degree (business or finance related) preferred
- Some financial svcs experience desired, but not a must
- Proven record of initiative, follow through, and achievement; self starter
- Ability to prioritize a heavy workload and maintain productivity during 'down time'
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure and in a deadline driven environment
- Ability to work in a team environment
- High level of professionalism and maturity
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High degree of analytical ability
- Basic computer skills (typing. MS Office, Word, Lotus Notes, Excel and Access a plus)
