Job Description

As an Administrator in the Business Administration Group you will provide administrative support to the Business Manager in the areas of finance, workforce, acquisitions, human resources, UCS, and asset management. You will assist with the following: monitoring budgets and financial status of service center accounts, performing workforce planning, processing documentation for personnel actions, using the UCS system to ensure accuracy of chargebacks, performing property/assets inventory management, and handling rewards and recognition activities. You will perform ad hoc administrative duties as assigned by the Business Administration Manager.

 

Requirements

BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Finance, or similar discipline with 0-4 years experience; or equivalent work experience. Knowledge in the areas of budgeting, financial analysis and reporting, workforce planning, acquisitions, human resources, and property/assets management. Ability to organize, prioritize and complete assigned administrative tasks in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment with minimal supervision. Experience with Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc., Eudora, Meeting Maker and Oracle applications. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Excellent organizational skills, dependability, and initiative. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of personnel and management. Must be a self-starter with strong analytical skills and willingness to learn new skills. Ability to work under pressure and ability to follow-through on all tasks. Ability to handle discreet matters appropriately. Must be customer service focused.
