Equity Associate

    POSITION DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Prudential Equity Group, LLC is looking for an Equity Associate to disseminate Prudential Equity Group research, and act as a liaison between our senior equity analysts and the financial advisors of Wachovia Securities and other client firms.  Equity Associates are responsible for creating and maintaining opinion summaries of industries and companies under research coverage.  Candidates need strong oral and written communication skills.  Successful candidates must have a college degree, be self motivated, and have a keen interest in the stock market. Major concentration in finance, economics, or accounting a plus.  Firm will sponsor Series 7 registration after 3 months of employment.  Hours are 7 am - 5:00 pm.


JOB REQUIREMENTS


BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred.





Prior experience in the securities market a plus.





Ability to work in a fast paced high intensity environment.
