Equity Research

Work closely with all groups in Index Operations as well as IT to understand their roles and processes. Need to identify inefficiencies with current processes and data sources as well as offering suggestions for improvements. Responsible for implementation of solutions either by actively creating/finding a tool/application/data source or overseeing the creation by IT or other resources. Assist with the migration from current database to newer database through testing and working closely with various operations groups and IT to identify gaps. Integrate new products into production systems and cleansing and loading of historical data. Requirements:-Excellent problem solving skills
-Great communications, research and analytical skills
-Must be extremely detail-oriented
-Ability to meet periodic deadlines
-Ability to work with a team
-Familiarity with a database a plus
-Bachelors in Finance or Economics
