Exam Development Manager

Currently, we offer an excellent career opportunity for an astute professional to join our dynamic Certificaton & Examination Division.  In this key role, you will assist in developing certification examinations and study guides, manage examination databases, participate in the development of on-line practice guides, and participate in establishing content specificationfor the CMA/CFM exams.  We will look to you to review writers' submissions, analyze performance of actual test results to determine validity of items, interpret statistical information, and conduct research.  Position involves developing passing criteria; staying current with accounting/finance literature; automating procedures; and interfacing with Exam Review Committee to review/approve questions.  Deliverables include exam questions, demographic analysis, reviewed items and study materials.  Moderate travel is necessary.

 

To qualify, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics (advanced degree preferred); CMA and/or CFM designation; and experience in management accounting/financial management.  Position requires strong research, written communications, and interpersonal skills.  You must be customer-service and results-oriented with leadership talent; PC proficiency in Word, Excel, & Access; and the ability to interact effectively with all levels and across diverse cultures.
