Excellent Opportunity for a Regional Director of Finance

LifeCare Management Services, founded in 1993, is a leading healthcare organization that provides high quality, innovative services to approximately 20 long-term care hospitals in multiple states. We currently have the following exceptional opportunity in Plano, TX:Regional Director of FinanceReporting to the VP of Regional Operations, you will oversee the planning, development, organization and direction of the operation of hospital-wide finance functions, including accounts payable, payroll, business office, purchasing, budgeting, financial analysis and internal financial reporting for a group of hospitals. Specifically, you will develop, update and supervise operating policies/procedures; oversee all capital functions; direct cost control initiatives; and provide analysis for Medicare reimbursement and margins.

Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 5-10 years' progressively responsible experience in hospital finance and 3-5 years' as a Manager. Healthcare experience required.
