Executive/Administrative Associate

?  Screen phone calls and direct calls to appropriate personnel.

 

?  Transcribe dictation, type case notes and correspondence.  Compose letters to clients under direction of financial representative.

 

?  Prepare and maintain client files in accordance with compliance requirements.  Maintain organized and systematic filing system.

 

?  Maintain financial representative?s calendar, schedule all client appointments and meetings, using Siebel/Network Connection.

 

?  Make travel arrangements for personal and business, including speaking engagements.

 

?  Make client/prospect reservations for marketing and networking events.  Assist in preparation of seminar materials and event invitations.



?  Back-up underwriting and client service support.

 

Qualifications:

Business experience and BA/BS degree required. Financial, insurance or accounting background preferred.  Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must be detail oriented and be able to problem-solve.  Life/health insurance license and/or Series 6/7 securities licensed a plus.  Administrative support or customer service experience to include computer experience and/or data entry and excellent oral and written communication skills.  Experience in financial services industry or knowledge of insurance preferred.  Organizational skills, ability to multitask, and time management skills with ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.  Strong attention to detail. 

 Education

 

?  Bachelor Degree in business management or related field.

?  Life/Health license

?  Series 6/63 licenses

?  Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint

?  Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills

?  Highly developed degree of personal organization

?  Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people at all levels

?  Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
