FINANCE-ASSOC DIRECTOR

 

Responsible for supporting the Marketing group as regards financial analysis of all product development and strategic marketing initiatives.  Responsibilities include the following:

 

 

?  Financial analysis of all product development, marketing initiatives including volume / revenue impact, break even analysis, return on investment.

?  Conduct analysis on proposed marketing programs to help evaluate which programs need to be implemented on a test and on going basis.

?  Track key business drivers and P&L for all initiatives; review with marketing and business personnel

 

Bachelors degree and at least 5-7 years of Finance/Accounting experience required.  MBA preferred. 

?  3-5 years work experience in the Financial Services industry with a solid understanding of the competitive environment in the financial services industry preferred. 

?  Able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

?  Strong analytical, communication (both verbal and written) and organizational skills are a must.

?  Must be well organized, detail oriented and able to work independently with little direction.

?  Capable of managing direct working relationships with senior leadership. Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Hyperion Essbase.  Knowledge of Citigroup reporting systems preferred
