FINANCIAL ANALYST  100K+ BONUS

 

The incumbent will work with Director of Business Finance, VP of Finance, and other key management producing the strategic multi-year budgets, annual forecasts, and monthly forecasts.  Develop and administer company financial policies, as well as short and long term goals and objectives.

 

Responsibilities:

-Participate in order management and reporting financial analysis & forecasting, budgeting, expense management, commissions, monthly/quarterly closings, various analyses, and re-engineering.

-Demonstrate knowledge of polices and procedures and recommend improvements.

-Initiate, compile, and prepare specialized reports, graphs and charts, and data developed.

 

Requirements:

-Knowledge of application of financial concepts, practices, and procedures.

-Ability to plan and organize activities to complete assigned tasks on time with high level of accuracy.

-Bachelor?s degree in Finance and/or Accounting, MBA and/or CPA a +.

-5+ yrs. in a corporate finance role, and 3+ yrs. financial analysis.

-Advanced computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.  Oracle a +.

-Demonstrated and developed oral and written communication skills.

-Solid conceptual comprehension of business problems related to assigned finance projects.

-Technology background preferred.
