We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Markets Group located in Detroit. The Markets Group defines space requirements, identifies suitable alternatives, recommends appropriate occupancy solutions, and negotiates lease and ownership terms with third parties.

FINANCIAL ANALYST - Detroit, MI

Responsibilities:
Evaluate, structure and close real estate transactions
Develop pro forma financials
Gather and evaluate economic, demographic and real estate market data
Prepare presentations, offer memoranda and financial reports for clients of the firm
Review and analyze legal documents and other materials as part of the due diligence process or as part of on-going property oversight


Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with an interest in real estate
Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
Strong financial/analytical skills
Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Computer proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
