FT Assistant Branch Manager Southeast-8/11

As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will manage operational functions within the branch including loss control, compliance, and customer retention and audit standards.  Supervise, coach and develop a team of Tellers, Senior Tellers and Lead Teller(s) regarding policies, procedures, products, systems, and banking transactions.  Act on behalf of Branch Manager in his or her absence.  Successful Assistant Branch Managers have knowledge of branch operations, paying and receiving transactions, regulatory compliance, and internal policies and procedures.  In addition, excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.  Strong probing, listening, analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills to effectively uncover and resolve complex customer and employee issues.



Minimum 2 years operations experience, banking experience or retail supervisory experience required 

Demonstrated leadership proficiency in service and operations

Extensive customer contact and experience with ongoing customer relationships

High school graduate or equivalent required (Post-high school education preferred)

Ability to work Saturday and some evenings required
