Fax Analyst - FCS

FCS, financial software and services unit of J.P. Morgan Chase, seeks an individual to join our asset management-outsourcing group. This group administers portfolios and securities for third party entities utilizing internal software and web services. As a Fax Analyst, you will be responsible for sorting and dispersing electronic faxes. This position requires a high attention to accuracy, timeliness, integrity of the data, and maintaining strong client satisfaction and relationships.

Minimum Requirements:

 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good analytical skills
Precise attention to details and established procedures
Ability to take knowledge gained and apply to new but similar situations
High proficient with Microsoft software, including Excel and Word. Must be comfortable with assimilating new PC applications/software
Must be able to work overtime
Ability to work well in a stressful work environment with attention to meeting deadlines
Strong interpersonal, team-oriented skills. Proven work ethic and high energy level: takes initiative and pride in work 
Good Customer Service skills
