Field Sales Finance Regional Manager

Clearly, we are well positioned for the future. We have an excellent opportunity for a Field Sales Finance Regional Manager in our Los Angeles, CA office.

This position is responsible for managing the product Sales and CA Technology Services proposal review and approval process for their respective geography. The Regional Manager works with other internal organizations to ensure that the review & approval process flows are effectively & efficiently communicated and executed. Additional responsibilities include communication and enforcement of CA policies as it relates to proposal review & approval process for their geography, participation in the development and execution of training for the Sales/CA TS teams focused on the proposal development process, approval & review process, contract language, and internal process flow and revenue recognition issues and communicating regularly with respective geography team on proposal review/approval status. Regional Manager, Business Support is also responsible for hiring, training and employee development for their team.

The successful candidate will have 5 or more years (with 3 plus in management) working with direct sales teams in reviewing, analyzing, and negotiating software product contracts, demonstrated ability to structure pricing for various types of software contracts as well as read and interpret contract language, including identifying risk/exposure points for CA. Training experience a plus. Strong employee and department development skills as well as process improvement and change management and the ability to interact with all levels within an organization and to manage multiple priorities in fast paced and demanding environment are required. Must have the ability to travel 25% annually. A Bachelor's degree in Finance or a business related discipline is strongly preferred.
