Finance Customer Service Representative

With 125,000 employees in 60 countries, the company is committed to using its knowledge and experience to collaborate with customers to help them succeed. This position is for someone who wants to work in a team environment and ensure tasks are accomplished as assigned, as well as have the willingness to learn and perform other CSR responsibilities as backup.  Main responsibilities include truck settlements, balance sheet reconciliations, payroll processing, inventory report review and other related duties.  There will be interaction with customers, merchants, internal departments and elevator location personnel.   Principle Accountabilities:   40%  Truck Settlements- complete truck related accounting transactions to ensure timely, accurate processing of payments to customers and invoices to end users.  Work with Lynx and JD Edwards. 40%A/P, A/R & Other Duties — ensure fees/premiums are correct on customer contracts and A/R collections are timely. Prepare billing for train/barge loadouts. Perform a variety of internal control procedures.20%Additional Duties - Assist co-workers as needed. Assist with special projects as needed.  Communicate with all members of the work group and customers in a positive, professional manner.

  Basic RequirementsTwo years post secondary accounting education or equivalent experience in related field.Demonstrated problem solving skills.Proven strong ability to work both independently and as a member of a team.Strong PC Skills.Ability to prioritize effectively.Proven strong interpersonal communication skills.Ability to work overtime as business needs arise. Proven ability to conduct yourself in a professional manner. Proactive in providing solutions and process improvements. Proven ability to adapt to change. DesiredFamiliarity with grain merchandising including contract terms and specifications.Proven accounting analysis skills.PC and System knowledge with JDE and LYNX .Cargill Experience.
