Finance Manager 2

Job Description: This is a Corporate Reporting (Budgeting/Forecasting) position that has high visibility to CEO/CFO.

Works downline across all WFF finance teams, as well as interacting with the finance group at the parent/corporate level.

- Exposure to corporate strategies and initiatives.
- Complexities encountered to achieve financial objectives.
- Approaches to quantifying problematic hurdles.

Responsible for managing a section or department of professional staff engaged in the analysis and evaluation of financial plans for a business group. Duties may include: analyzing group's financial performance; informing management of trends and variances and recommending appropriate action; identifying, calculating and recommending most equitable allocation of group's expenses; advising management on allocations to increase earnings; managing response to requests for financial data; ensuring integrity and completeness of internal and external financial reports; ensuring compliance with internal policies, GAAP, regulatory and other requirements; preparing complex business plans, budgets and cases; monitoring costs of business initiatives through completion; overseeing the research and resolution of complex problems in data from financial reporting systems; responding to complex audit inquires and exception reports; managing the analysis and reporting of alternative business directions or solutions to senior management; may prepare profitability analyses of products, customers, business segments and locations; may evaluate strategic business initiatives, including proposed consolidations, acquisitions or sales of Bank offices or businesses, to assess financial viability and adherence to regulatory requirements.


Minimum Qualifications: 3-5 years related experience. 2-4 years management
experience


Preferred Skills: CPA
Essbase knowledge.
Previous Corporate Reporting experience preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills
