Finance Manager

PERSONNEL SUPERVISED:
Two Financial Analysts
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Functional
o Responsible for the review and analysis of reported operating results on a monthly basis. Identify significant variances from forecast and communicate to business units and senior management.
o Prepare and coordinate the completion, analysis and presentation of the forecast, AOP, BSR, QPR and all other ad-hoc analytical requirements
o Prepare accounting statements and reports and provide recommendations to Operations Leadership to improve and streamline those operations
o Project management oversight of internal control assessment process
o Assist in the development of consistent methodology of forecasting plant processes.
o Forecast Inventory levels and assist in developing and implementing projects to achieve Operations inventory goals.
o Work actively with Six Sigma/Lean projects to assure accurate forecasting and reporting of savings.
o Develop framework for how RACS manufacturing should measure its monthly cost performance.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
BS or BA in Finance or Accounting, MBA desired
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 8 years of progressive finance and/or accounting experience is required with a Financial Planning or General Accounting emphasis
