Bosley is an internationally renowned cosmetic surgery group specializing in Hair Transplantation. We were founded in 1974 and we have 90 offices in the United States and abroad. We are currently seeking a Finance Manager to work with our Beverly Hills Finance Team. The objective of this role is to manage financial activities of the organization by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors and team members:

 

Responsibilities:Establishes, or recommends to management, major corporate economic strategies, objectives, and policies for companyRecommends modifications to existing corporate programsPrepares reports which summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, earnings and cash flow based on past, present, and expected operationsPreparation of budgets and necessary supporting documentation and justification with assistance from department managers.Prepares industry financial analysisOverall responsibility for month-end close process including preparation of financial statements Provides management with timely reviews of organization's financial status and progress in its various programs and activities.Advises management on desirable operational adjustments due to tax code revisions.Prepares audit schedules for annual audit and mid-year review.Perform accounting research and document suggested accounting treatments.Responsible for establishing policies and procedures improvement.

 

Qualifications:

?  Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting and Finance or related fields

?  Master's in Business Administration (MBA) a plus

?  CPA a plus

?  3-6 + years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

?  Experience using accounting software or other automated software, Platinum for Windows a plus

?  Experience working in accounting in a publicly traded company a plus

?  Experience in the Healthcare Industry a plus
