Finance Manager, US GPB Sales Forecasting

The Finance Manager for this role is responsible for the development and maintenance of prescription, patient and statistical models for Specialty Brands as appropriate to meet both financial and manufacturing requirements. This requires cross-functional collaboration with product management (through Senior Vice-President level), sales leadership, pricing/contracting, finance and manufacturing. Responsibilities include:

Interact with brand financial support, brand management, and Sr. finance management to articulate the evolution of the sales forecast and the drivers of the major changes.
Provide financial analysis of the Gross to Net Sales variance for actuals, forecast, and operating plans. Become proficient in understanding the impact of rebates & chargebacks, trade inventory movements, non-retail demand, and all other aspects impacting a brand's sales performance.
Develop the annual 5 year Strategic Plan and 1 year Operating Plan for Net Sales for each of the brands under their responsibility.
Responsible for the distribution of the Daily Sales Report.

Qualifications
This position requires 5-10+ years of financial experience.
BS in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience required; MBA or CPA preferred.
Sales forecasting experience in either pharmaceutical or biotech industry desirable
Or: strong financial analysis experience with the desire to learn forecasting models
