Support Finance and sales departments through direct client and administrative responsibilities and working closely with the Finance department.
. Track and record Commissions
. Billing
. Handling some AR matters
. Fixed asset Audits
. Ad hoc finance reporting analysis
. Sales order processing ' Verifying all paperwork is accurate and in place. Check orders from CRM System, commissions and contract administration

. Problem solving, ability to make decisions without manager present

3+ years of organized administration, Strong understanding of corporate finance from an ADMIN perspective. Associates/Bachelors preferred
