As a Financial Analyst, the candidate will be expected to conduct analysis on department and business drivers and align financial efforts with business partners' strategic plan. The candidate will accurately and effectively transform data into actionable insights and recommendations for customers.? Ability to assess customer needs and solve business problems is critical. Will be required to facilitate small groups of people in order to understand business and deliver financial results and analysis.? The candidate will partner with their respective team(s) as follows: drive all yearly financial planning and budgeting, manage risks and opportunities to budget for current fiscal year, provide financial reporting, develop variance explanations, manage accruals, and develop new reporting tools/analysis as needed. The financial analyst will also be expected to perform in the context of an ?business analyst?, identifying and measuring business/functional drivers, creating and tracking relevant metrics, assessing the operational and financial impacts of alternatives.
Required Skills:
? Bachelor?s degree (preferable Accounting/Finance/Economics)
? Strong analytical capabilities
? 1-5 years experience in a financial capacity
? Proficient in MS Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint
? Strong communication skills
