Finance and Contract Admin - Manager

Position and Responsibilities:

Accountable for North America's IS Management and Oversight of all Contract Administration, Asset Management and 3rd Party Software. Ability to understand and interpret outsource contracts. Strong expertise in complex IT Outsourcing relationships. Relationship management, governance, and negotiation skills. Participate in Governance processes. Participate in work intake and scope management process. Verify outsource invoices against contract terms. Forecasting utilization of contract services and demand management. Analyze and request resource adjustments as needed (ARC/RRC). Participate in dispute resolution processes. Tracking of all IS assets and licenses. Financial management of capitalized assets (e.g., asset listings, managing depreciation expenses, ensuring proper coding for depreciable life, location, asset type, etc.). Compliance management for contracts retained by Nissan. Inventory of 3rd Party Contracts and covered products for each. Manage contract renewal. Software License Compliance. Provide information to validate invoices against contract terms. Manage contract administration activities (e.g., true-ups). Dispute resolution. End of lifecycle management (e.g., disposal). Development and Maintenance of Third Party Contracts and PO's. Development and Management of contract calendar for key events and milestones. Asset end of life processing collection, disposal, sale, donation. Approval matrix and authorities.

 

Ten or more years of related experience at a professional level in a combination of roles including management, financial control, planning, contract management, Asset Management & 3rd Party Software. Five or more years in a managerial role, providing strategy, vision and direction. Five or more years experience with oversight and management of outsourced contracts. Bachelor's degree in a related discipline. Advanced degree preferred. Approximately 20% day and overnight travel.
