Financial Analysis for a publicly traded company

An Exclusive Opportunity   A global publicly traded company is seeking a financial analysis for their corporate operations.  The organization is in the service industry and has over 3,500 employees.  They have offices throughout North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific. 

 

This is an immediate need.

 

Responsibilities:

 
Corporate financial planning and analysis for North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.
Creation and maintenance of models to forecast revenues and expenses.
Work on M&A projects.
Quarterly forecasts.
Consolidation of corporate budgets and financial statements.
Assist in the presentation of financial materials to executive management.
Ad hoc work as required.

 

Requirements:

 
Bachelor?s degree in accounting or finance.
3 to 6 years experience.
Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
Ability to deal with top management.
Experience with Hyperion.
At least one year of M&A experience.
