Financial Analyst, 60-75K, excellent beneftis (SKS)

My client is a multi-billion dollar company world wide, seeking an exceptional Financial Analyst, salary up to 75K, bonus potential, excellent benefits and free parking. My client is the largest property group in the world by equity market capitalization. The financial analyst will reporting to the VP and be responsible for the following duties: Reporting to the Vice President, Airport Management, the Airport Analyst will work with Airport VP to produce feasibilities of potential new airport contracts. Such analysis will include calculation of yield, IRR, and valuation of the project. The Analyst will also ensure that forecasts are reported accurately and on a timely basis. The financial analyst will also oversee the budget process for the Division. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Ø Preparation and analysis of detailed proformas for future airport development projects/contracts. Ø Coordinate the preparation and presentation of project approval requests to upper management Ø Prepare information for inclusion in various Monthly Financial Reports and other reports as required. Ø Build and maintain a sales, revenue and enplanements history for the Division. Analysis by airport, major category, concession type and location. Ø Provide information on future development projects to strategic planning for use in five year cash flow forecasts and revenue projections. Ø Liaison with MWAA, Continental and other clients to allow timely reimbursement of monies due. Ø Oversee the budget process for the Division. Work closely with on-site teams and corporate to insure accurate budgets. Ø Coordinate the administration of both tenant sales audits and contract audits. Ø Support Project Controller and Airport Accountant on as needed basis with AP, Cash Receipts and other duties as assigned. Ø Prepare year-end reconciliation of any CAM, FCC, Logistical charges, Marketing Funds, percentage rent.

Qualifications :
The successful candidate will be responsible for the accounting financial functions of the growing Airport Retail Division. Position requires 3-5 years of experience in accounting/finance. Excellent communication skills, self starter, and self motivated individuals. BS in Accounting/Finance preferred. Ø 3+ years in real estate development, financial analysis or related field Ø 4 year college degree with emphasis in Accounting or Finance Ø Proficient in use of Excel and maintenance of spreadsheets Ø Ability to meet multiple reporting deadlines in a fast paced growth environment Ø Excellent analytical and organizational skills To be considered for this position, email the most recent word copy of your resume to
