Description

Job Purpose:
Responsible for calculating, monitoring, and distributing reports on Hospital share risk pools. Prepare reports for medical costs or claims data. Assist in implementation, testing, and documentation of capitation and A/R modules.

Job Results:
Builds and maintains financial models. Maintain and manage accruals for IBNR and hospital shared risk pools. Analyzes financial data and identifies trends.

Requirements

Qualifications:
BA/BS in accounting, finance, or related field. MBA or CPA is a plus. Four years or more of relevant experience. HMO Provider or Group experience preferred. Knowledge of Excel and Access.
