Associate Financial Analyst - Capital Markets


The Associate represents a more senior level position, in terms of experience and knowledge, within the Financial Analysis function. Working independently, prepares complex and sophisticated discounted cash flow analysis for a broad range of real estate capital market products and transactions including lease comparisons, lease restructures, lease vs. buy, acquisitions/dispositions, strategic real estate alternatives, subleases, relocations, and build-to suits. 

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

BA/BS degree required preferably in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate or related business areas.

Strong knowledge and demonstrated competence in working with computers, analytical and word processing software including (Microsoft Office Suite, Argus, and ProCalc) as well as superior knowledge and skill using Excel, PowerPoint and Internet applications (Navigator or Internet Explorer). Please note that experience with Argus is a must.
