Financial Analyst - Gasification

Essential Functions

Ownership of SI, SII, and Operating Plan processes supporting business goals, including establishment of short and long-range forecasts and translating to operational ownership.

Provide financial support to Engineering GM including reporting, analysis and monthly playbook reviews (financial and headcount, both global and domestic)

Support NPI Engineering spend, drive SW&L spending rigor focused on EI cost tracking; provide monthly tracking reports to GMs and Finance.

Assist in coordinating monthly, quarterly and annual closings and perform variance analysis.

Manage quarterly risk and opportunity to help meet PG financial targets.

Assist in Controllership initiatives in areas such as account reconciliations and drive improvements in project accounting and receivables management.

Develop recommendations and implement accounting policies/procedures and processes for monitoring compliance.

Assist in developing Financial Planning and Analysis processes and management reporting package and procedures.

Interface closely with business functions to drive growth and productivity.

Initiate and execute Quality projects to improve financial analysis.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Basic Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Strong PC skills.

Proven ability to work in a cross functional environment.

Demonstrated ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.

Proven leadership skills and results focused.
