Financial Analyst-Global Sponsor

Primary responsibilities will include financial analysis & extensive modeling relating to transactions in a wide range of industries, assist with preparing investment memoranda, and conducting company & industry research. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and include a base salary & annual bonus component determined by firm & individual performance.
The individual will have the opportunity to work on financings provided at multiple levels of the capital structure to support recapitalizations, acquisitions, buyouts & growth investments. The analyst will have a generous amount of exposure & contribute significantly to the execution of transactions.
-Bachelor's in finance, economics, or public accounting.
-Solid analytical & exceptional modeling skills.
-Strong work ethic & the ability to work well under tight deadlines; sense of urgency & attention to detail.
-Superior written & verbal communication skills as well as the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
