This position is responsible for providing accurate and timely financial analysis to PDC Management as needed including the process of weekly hourly payroll. Requires ability to analyze and assist in preparing financial results of the operation. Accountabilities include preparing data and accruals for the month end process related to PDC Operations, analyzing capital projects, handling purchasing of office supplies and processing accounts payable (receipts, payments and ledger analysis) within audit guidelines, maintaining and reconciling PDC general ledger accounts, following up on carrier claims, managing petty cash and assisting in HR and administrative functions of the department as needed.

Desired Skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Business/Finance
At least 2 years of previous Accounting/Finance experience

Additional Requirements:

The candidate placed into this position will be restricted from posting for another open position for two years following the date of placement, unless approved to do so by their manager and Human Resources
Willingness and ability to work flexible work hours, especially during month and year end closing period, to ensure all time sensitive, month and year processes are completed accurately

Proficient in Microsoft Office products especially EXCEL Two years experience in payroll administration Experience with Kronos time card systems and ADP payroll systems

Demonstrated ability to meet critical deadlines and handle multiple tasks in a high performance work environment
