Financial Analyst - Planning and Analysis

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Financial Analyst will partner with various corporate cost centers in order to complete budgets, projections and variance analysis in a timely manner. Additional responsibilities include allocating corporate expenses for budgets and projections, assisting with the consolidation of budgets and projections.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Work to complete monthly projections of MIS, Global Sourcing, Database Marketing, and e-Commerce Marketing and keep supervisor abreast or new projects/changes.
2. Maintain and track expenditures on each month. Communicate spending to help departments remain within budget.
3. Assist in completing annual budgets for MIS, Global Sourcing, and Database Marketing.
4. Perform account reconciliation. (i.e. prepaid software license)
5. Assist with corporate consolidation reporting of budget/projections (OFA / Everest) including auditing and balancing of accounts and reports.
5. Responsible for keeping allocation methodology and files consistent for budget/projections.
6. Assist in facilitation of MTP.
7. Code Invoices and perform monthly JE's for Indirect Cost Centers
8. Assist in facilitation of Cash Flow projection.
9. Help in coordinating with financial partners to complete internal business package.
10. Other corporate finance related projects as needed.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

? 2-4 yrs experience in financial analysis and budgeting
? Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
? Advanced Excel skills required
? Strong analytical and problem resolution skills required
? Knowledge of Oracle, OFA, Everest a plus
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Highly self motivated
? Must be able to work effectively in a fast paced environment and meet challenging deadlines
