Financial Analyst (SPS)

Accountemps has clients that are looking for Financial Analysts. Under general direction, participates in the maintenance and operation of the financial and cost modules of theDecision Support System maintains system structures, performs routine processing/reporting, monthly closings and| investigates and corrects reject conditions. Works with cost center managers/department heads and DSS staff to| provide them with complete and accurate financial and workload information necessary for performance monitoring and improvement. Participates in the annual budget process. Processes monthly financial data from the G/L system,payroll data from the Payroll system and volume data from the billing system. Participates in building the annual indirect cost allocation structure and in keeping the structure updated. Produces and compiles monthly management reports and produces special reports using DSS reporting tools. Under general direction, performs analytical and| planning functions in support of managerial decision-making. Employs advanced analytical techniques: financial, economic and decision-support theory; and long-range, comprehensive perspectives. Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with mission, vision and values of our clients. QUALIFICATIONS: | Hold a Baccalaureate degree in a Finance, Accounting, | Management Engineering or related field. Two years of| experience in finance, management engineering, cost accounting or decision support in the healthcare field.| | Proficiency with computer based analytical and reporting tools such as spreadsheet and database applications.

Qualifications :
Strong Excel, 5+ years experience, Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
