We have a Senior Financial Analyst position in our Hartford office. The individual in this role will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, conducting the monthly close and other expense-related functions. This role will conduct in-depth analyses and provide detail summaries and recommendations to assist in managerial decision making. This position is highly visible to senior management, and could lead to future advancement with the company. Primary responsibilities include:
Analyzing and reporting expenses monthly
Preparing budgets and forecasts
Performing revenue and membership forecasting
Conducting variance reporting at a functional level
Identifying financial trends and communicating them to management
Coordinating budget transfers
Maintaining reporting tools
3-5 years professional experience in a finance or accounting function is required. Strong knowledge and application of fundamental financial concepts, practices and procedures is also required. BS degree in finance or accounting is required.
