Financial Controller

Our client is a small up and coming Travel group. They are growing especially in the international divisions. This position will be responsible for the financial oversight of the group. This position will be responsible for the day to day financial operations of the HQ and subsiduary companies to ensure accurate financial reporting for all levels and ownership level entities. In addition, this position will be responsible for managing, supervising and training staff. Responsibilities of this position also include: Manage all aspects of accounting operations including timely monthly, quarterly and year-end close processes. Develop and lead an accounting team to deliver accurate and timely financial information (both GAAP and Current Value). Ensure timely reporting of financial information to investors in accordance with GAAP and Current Value reporting. Oversee all investor relations, including fees, distributions and contributions calculations. Assist with liquidity modeling/strategy on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Assist with "big-picture" strategy regarding the real estate assets. Establish and maintain internal and operational controls necessary to monitor performance and comply with SOX 404. Review contracts to ensure appropriate accounting. Prepare and coordinate with external auditors all appropriate material for annual audits of financial statements.

Qualifications :
