Major Duties and Functions Include:
This position is responsible for assisting with the preparation and coordination of financial information for the quarterly and annual filings in compliance with SEC and GAAP reporting requirements.
In addition, this position involves the preparation and review of press releases and special transactions as well as researching new SEC technical pronouncements.
This position also requires assisting with the preparation and coordination of the quarterly financial supplement (QFS) and preparing various PowerPoint slides for senior management presentations as well as performing SOX testing and documentation. What You Need to Succeed:


Requires 3-5 years of experience in a public or private company.
BA/BS degree in accounting or finance preferred. Completion of or working towards a CPA or MBA a plus.
Requires strong analytical, interpersonal, communications (written and oral), & time management skills.
Requires ability to quickly acquire an understanding of the organization's operations and its accounting systems.
