Provide analyses based on the following scenarios:
Compare multiple lease transaction
Compare sale vs. lease
Create performa for investment properties
Research and create market research reports.
Perform other duties and assist with projects as assigned

Requirements:
Bachelor?s Degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or Accounting
(MBA preferred)
Strong analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
Proficient in Argus, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
