Financial Reporting Accountant

Responsible for the review of subsidiary financial statements ensuring USGAAP compliance and reporting accuracy and consistency.

Develop and rollout a worldwide monthly/quarterly/annual financial reporting package /template.
Consolidate all legal entities, including foreign, as well as reviewing intercompany transactions and eliminations.

Responsible for implementing and maintaining legal entity accounting (i.e. set up i/c transactions, report structure, maintaining intercompany pricing arrangements, chargebacks, etc)
Perform ongoing technical accounting research and resolution of technical accounting issues as well as keeping up to date with recent accounting pronouncements.

Assist in performing the initial research surrounding complex accounting transactions and initiate required accounting treatment, then working with the GL team to ensure treatment is adhered to and maintained on an on-going basis.

Assist in drafting and reviewing required reports for SEC compliance (i.e. 10-K, 10-Q).
Perform special projects and assignments as communicated by the Corporate Controller, CFO or other members of the Company?s senior management team.

BS/BA in Accounting required
CPA preferred (including public accounting experience) or 6 years private experience in a general accounting role (with a concentration in international accounting) is required.

Must have strong MS Office knowledge.
Great Plains Experience (preferred but not mandatory) and eEnterprise reporting systems experience (Hyperion/COMSHARE or comparable package)
