Financial Reporting Analyst

CITY: Burlington STATE: Vermont COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
* Ledger/Account analysis to resolve discrepancies and differences between ledger and subledger
* Coordination of Post Closing journal entries.
* Provide key support and analysis to various Integration projects.
* Perform accounting and analysis for various corporate requests.
* Provide assistance for various ledger and account reconciliation projects.
* Analyze balance sheet variances and perform quarterly and monthly account reconciliations.
* Responsibility for various controllership processes

Qualifications/Requirements:
* Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting.
* Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
* Minimum 2 years public accounting or corporate accounting experience.
* Self-motivated change agent.
* CPA and/or MBA a plus.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Computer literacy: MS Office, PeopleSoft, Oracle a plus
* Six Sigma Green Belt
